Dilip Rajan

Co-founder of Jumpcut — AI workflow platform used at 400+ Hollywood studios and agencies including Netflix, HBO, A24, and WME.

Previously, I was a product lead at BuzzFeed, where I grew quizzes and user generated content to billions of views.

I release music under a few monikers (dilip, SADR).

Feel free to DM (Twitter, LinkedIn) - always happy to meet other founders, creative folks, etc.

A few things I believe:

  1. Nouns are just slow verbs.
  2. Everything is a remix.
  3. Agency & happiness are closely related

Nothing is permanent, all things (people, friendships, love, ideas, cities) are in a constant state of change, and it's mentally helpful to model everything as a verb.

All outputs come from inputs. Creating great works is a long-term exercise in cultivating the right inputs and deeply listening to them.

Many of my unhappiest times have involved feeling like a victim to circumstance. But when I retain a sense of control over my actions, I find that I'm able to embrace life regardless of the outcome.
